Certified Integrative Nutrition Wellness Coach

My mission is to help people in need of a lifestyle reset – people who want to make meaningful changes to their health and wellness and who realize they could use a little help from someone who has successfully traveled along a similar journey.

My days used to be a nonstop stream of corporate meetings, client emergencies, and intense travel. It seemed that I was always busy, always connected, always tethered to my laptop and my mobile devices.

Over a period of time, I embarked upon a journey of self-discovery and improved self-care.

First, I learned how to live without alcohol, then without cigarettes, and finally I learned how to replace those crutches with healthy food, regular exercise, and improved mindfulness.

With my growing interest and success in improving my own health, I discovered a passion for helping others to do the same.

So I decided to turn my focus toward becoming certified as a health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Then I made the leap to quit my intense corporate job and begin this little startup with a big vision, Teacup Wellness. With the talent and support of my good friend and colleague Roxie Speer, we built this mindful wellness company from the ground up, attracting an amazing selection of world-class health and wellness coaches.   • 98% sugar-free and dairy-free diet (nope, I’m not perfect :))
  • Successfully transitioned from corporate road warrior to startup owner in 2017
  • Trained & raced in a 3k, 5k, 8k, and half-marathon (nonetheless, I’m not what anyone would call a “runner”)
  • Experienced with handling difficult clients, challenging employees, and bullies at work

Anne has been my work and wellness coach--and my friend--for many years. She has an astounding ability to bring out the best in me. Her belief that I could and would change elevated my confidence. This led to job offers that I used to think were way out of my league. My self talk told me I was not good enough. She convinced me I most assuredly was.

Anne begins her work by listening to the whole you. The parts that held me back were unconscious to me, but she could hear and see them.

In her coaching sessions with me, she also taught me about food as medicine. I changed from eating meat and dairy with every meal to eating a whole-food, plant-based diet and I've never felt better. My gut issues are completely gone.

I realized I really only have one life. And now that she shed light on my mental mess -- my life has improved dramatically.
