Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (CNTP), Yoga instructor certified in vinyasa, yin, sculpt and kids yoga

I am deeply dedicated to improving people’s lives through healthy nutrition and holistic wellness coaching.

I am very passionate about healthy eating and like to keep things simple – moderation and balance are keys to success. Tiny improvements can make a huge difference. Once you develop a healthy relationship with food, you will never feel the need to diet again. Learning how to fuel your body with nourishing foods will enhance all aspects of your life. You will notice a clearer mind, more confidence, less stress, increased energy and overall happiness.

Incorporating stress management and physical activity into your daily routine will assist you in living a more optimal life. It is my honor to guide you in all of these practices.

I specialize in coaching you how to develop a healthy relationship with both food and your body. Learn to love both again!

Coach Reviews

M. Warren

June 27, 2018

Annie has worked with me for several years and the results have exceeded my highest expectations. I lost 20 pounds without dieting or ever feeling hungry, and the weight has not returned. With Annie's guidance and unending support, I have made healthy food my routine. That is the key. However, it is not just about maintaining my target weight. I have more energy which, in turn, makes me feel like exercising more. And that makes me feel even better, so I don't want to blow it by making bad food choices. It is a positive, self-perpetuating cycle. However, we all slip occasionally, and my problem is making "little" exceptions that start me down the slippery slope. That's when I call Annie and she puts me back on track. I don't have the will power to do this on my own and have learned that an ongoing relationship with a coach like Annie is critical to success. She is also an inspiring role model I don't want to disappoint.
