Brittni started her career at Slippery Rock University where she studied exercise science and quickly learned that “Exercise is Medicine“. After graduating college, she became an advocate for preventive medicine and trained with WellCoaches to become a health coach.
In the five years that she has been health coaching, she has helped hundreds of people achieve their health goals through motivational interviewing, goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and her favorite part of the role: celebrating success with her clients.
Brittni brings her excitement in preventative health as well as her passion for helping others to each coaching session. She meets the client where he or she is at and empowers the client with the right tools to progress past his or her health goals.
Whether it be weight loss, managing diabetes or hypertension, eating healthier, beginning an exercise program, or quitting smoking, Brittni customizes each program based on the client’s needs and preferences to ultimately put the client in the driver’s seat of his or her own health.
As a marathoner and endurance athlete, Brittni leads by example to demonstrate that grit and perseverance will lead clients not only to the finish line but to an appreciation for the transformation process and inspiration to keep them going in their journey.
