Hi, I’m Chelsea.

As a health and wellness coach and migraine coach, I’m all about helping people like you make positive, lasting changes so that they can live the happiest, healthiest life possible.

Are there things that you know you need to do for yourself, but never quite get around to? Maybe starting a yoga practice, reducing stress surrounding work, or addressing a challenging relationship?

That’s what I support people with. I take a holistic approach to wellness by looking at all aspects of your life – we’ll tackle whatever it is that is standing in your way from being the best, most vibrant you possible.

As your coach, I help you to figure out what you want out of life, and then I support you in taking action – with simple, effective steps you can actually take right now to move towards a more balanced life.

You’ll be amazed at how big of a difference a few, seemingly small, steps can make. It’s all about the simple things that accumulate to not just change your life, but to transform it.

With migraine coaching, my goal is to help you live better with migraines. I want you to take back the wheel, no longer letting migraines rule your life. This means not just doing everything in your power to reduce the frequency and severity of your migraines, but also learning how to be the very best that you can be – happier, healthier, and more fulfilled – despite the challenges that living with migraine presents. Intro to Wellness Session @ $35 offers an affordable entry point to experience first-hand how engaging with me can help you meet your wellness goals.
Kickoff Session @ $150 for 90-Min 
  • Together, we will go into detail about your wellness history and goals. Then please choose from the programs below to plan your transformation journey.
Option 1 @ $1,188 for 12 sessions
One-On-One 12 Week General Health & Wellness Coaching Starter Package
  • Consistent coaching over a sustained period of time, including support between sessions and all the materials you need to get started with healthy change
  • 2 coaching sessions per month (45-60 min each) for 6 months total
  • Perfect for those who are new to coaching, who are feeling unfulfilled, and who are ready and motivated to see where their life can take them
  • Saves you 10% over booking separate sessions
  • Please schedule your sessions at least one week apart

Option 2
 @ $1,188 for 12 sessions

One-on-One 12 Week Migraine Coaching Package
  • Coaching designed specifically for those living with migraine, who want to get back in the driver’s seat of their own life rather than letting migraines take the wheel
  • 2 coaching sessions per month (45-60 min each) for 6 months total
  • During the coaching process, we will help you figure out how to adapt your lifestyle, perspective, and attitude to not just cope – but also thrive – when living with migraine
  • Saves you 10% over booking separate sessions
  • Please schedule your sessions at least one week apart

Option 3 @ $110 per 60-Min Session

Talking with Chelsea is like talking to a friend. She is kind, caring, and whole-hearted.
