I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with my bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Purdue University and my master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. But more importantly, I love food.
To me, nutrition is all about balance and figuring out what eating and lifestyle pattern is best for each person. Individualizing plans to achieve your goals is what makes my job fun.
I enjoy getting to know people and figuring out what will help them get the most out of their life. I understand that life gets busy and eating healthy can be hard. My focus is on making small, realistic changes to get results.
