Dave Radin is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) from the NSCA.
With over 24 years of experience, he combines his personal experience with exercise programming and developing protocols for helping clients look and feel better.
Dave received his undergraduate degree from Springfield College in Health/Fitness. After finishing his internship at The Duke University Diet and Fitness Center, he spent the next 7 years as an Exercise Physiologist there working to help the obese population incorporate exercise into their daily lives.
In 2000, he and his wife moved to the Charlotte, NC area where he worked for the YMCA as a Personal Training Coordinator and also a Fitness Coordinator.
In 2005, he switched to working full-time at a private performance training studio where he has worked with a variety of clients including elderly, general fitness, pre/post rehab, and athletes. Within the past few years, he has started writing blog post for the training studio and overseeing the online training program.
Along the way, Dave has competed in bodybuilding shows, mountain bike racing, and road cycling. Once he and his wife started a family, his priority changed to stay in shape to keep up with his kids.
