My background is in health and fitness but my passions are my family and the outdoors. I believe the human body was designed for movement and plenty of time outside, without it things start go awry — physically, mentally and spiritually.

As your coach, I play the role of supportive ally and wellness expert as I help guide you down the path of healthy, sustainable, lifestyle changes to help you crush your goals.

No matter what you want to accomplish, I’ll be there with you every step of the way! My coaching goal is to help you reawaken your spirit and explore your life through a combination of goal setting, adventure and a little bit of grit to truly help you LIVE your life.

Bi-weekly 45-minute sessions for 6 months – 14 sessions @ $75 each

Ready for a Reset

Weekly 45-minute sessions for 8 weeks – 8 sessions @ $85 each

Perfect for individuals who would like to quickly reset their lifestyle or are hoping to crush a goal by a certain date.

Motivate Me

One 45-minute session @ $100 each

Perfect for individuals who are simply looking to answer a specific question, or those who have completed one of my programs and would like a dose of motivation to stay on track.

All packages include:

  • Email/text support between sessions (not for Motivate Me package)
  • Coaching and support to help you make the lifestyle changes you want
  • Simple but informative handouts to help you increase your health and wellness knowledge
