June M Lay M.S. specializes in Women’s Health, Weight Management, Nutrition, Exercise Prescription and Behavior Change for all aspects of Health and Prevention of Disease. In her words, I seek to motivate, educate and empower clients to achieve their health behavior changes.
Through my diverse educational and professional background, I work with clients to modify their eating habits, begin and/or improve their fitness routines, start new, break old or modify their habits. I partner with them in their journey to reach their goals. Once overweight herself, she shares her tools and steps with clients.
