I was keeping all of her great e-mails and believe it or not someone STOLE THEM. I had to ask June to resend them! Of course, when her book is available, I won’t have to ask her to resend any missed tips again!

I saw you on a Martha Stewart television program a few years ago and want to tell you that you may have saved my husband’s life. He had been very ill with intestinal problems for the past two years including three stays in the hospital. His weight had dropped to 98 pounds. I saw you on Martha Stewart talking about the benefits of eating yogurt daily. Well, he now eats two tubs of yogurt every day and his problems are clearing up. He has gained 17 pounds and feels better than he has in a long time. Thank you so much. And thanks to Martha for letting you share your knowledge with her viewing audience. I look forward to seeing you and reading your tips for a long time to come.
