I studied nutrition as an undergraduate in college, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Dietetics, and have been a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist through the Commission on Dietetic Registration for almost 8 years.
Since then, I have continued to study all major dietary theories and practical coaching methods that will ultimately help me guide you in discovering your personalized best nutrition approach.
There is no one cookie-cutter ‘diet’ that works for everyone, and therefore, I will take the time to cultivate a specific plan based on your individualized needs.
As what you put in your mouth is just one piece of the puzzle, I will help you determine what other parts of your life many need a little extra attention, coaching you to make the necessary changes to living a fulfilled life.

When I am not working with you, you can find me spending time with her husband Matt and son, Matthew Jr. I also love getting my hands dirty in the kitchen, teaching Pure Barre classes, and traveling.
