As a long term fitness enthusiast, I understand when obstacles or lack of motivation can set us back or keep us from getting started.
I had an abnormal pattern of binge eating and depression in high school and college that was very well hidden from the public eye.

After gaining 50 pounds, things became much more obvious and I fell into a hermit like existence not wanting to move off the couch. I took one step at a time and used a simple method of run/walking and a sensible lower calorie diet to lose the weight.

I also joined a 12-step program that helped me deal with emotional/ spiritual turmoil that needs to be handled if we are to live the abundant life we desire.

I had a lot of knowledge but that wasn’t enough to make the change. We need to get to WHY we want to reach our goal, then use tools that will get us there . Every person has their own time constraints, obstacles and strengths that need to be recognized to make long term changes to their health.

I have over 25 years of experience coaching, guiding and leading all types of clients to success. I recently overcame another huge trauma in my life but decided to turn this around and competed in a NPC show in April 2018 at the age of 58. It is never too late!
