B.S. Integrative Health Care with a minor in Wellness Coaching in Lifestyle Medicine - Metropolitan State University of Denver, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through ICHWC, National Certificate in Tobacco Treatment Practice (NCTTP) with NAADAC

I have lived in Colorado since 2004 and love everything about it. I am originally from small town in rural Kansas.  I feel like growing up in the country has helped shape me into the person I am today. I am grateful for the morals and values I gained from my family and my small town upbringing.

Like so many others my life has been a journey filled with challenges and victories. Everyday I am still finding myself more and more. As I started school at Metropolitan State University of Denver, and stumbled upon the Integrative Health Care program, this is where I blossomed into the version of myself I had always dreamed of.

I felt like I won the lottery.  I was able to take the most amazing classes in holistic and integrative medicine.  This is where I was able to graduate with my B.S. in Integrative Health Care while minoring in Wellness Coaching in Lifestyle Medicine and become the Health and Wellness Coach I am today.

I studied the effects of lifestyle medicine and how to use that to make major improvement in people’s health.  I also spent much of time learning evidence based behavior change methods so I could practically apply that to my work with my clients. Since graduation I have also obtained a National Certificate in Tobacco Treatment Practice (NCTTP) with NAADAC. Stay tuned for my upcoming milestone in my career.

I have always had an interest in healthcare but was drawn to preventative and holistic healthcare rather than traditional Western medicine. I found Health and Wellness Coaching because it helped me make changes in my life that I was struggling to implement. I realized that so many of us know what we are supposed to do to live a healthier more fulfilling life, but we struggle with making lifestyle changes that last more than a month or two.

I believe that we are all healthy and whole and have the ability to be the best version of ourselves. I will work with you to break down these changes into smaller, more achievable weekly goals that way you can be successful in living the healthier life that you have wanted. Just because you have tried in the past and been unsuccessful does not mean you can’t make the lifestyle changes you have dreamed of.  This time you have someone to work with you during your journey.

Join me for a personal journey to improve your nutrition and overall wellness.

  • $120 for 60-Min Session
  • $324 for 3-Session Program (Save 10%)
  • $648 for 6-Session Program (Save 10%)
  • $1296 for 12-Session Program (Save 10%)

Session lengths will be one hour so I can better understand where you are in your journey of improving your health and wellness.

In the initial session we will focus on your overall vision of what your ideal self looks like, as well as starting to set up your three-month goals.

In the following sessions we will focus on weekly goals to help you successfully achieve your three-month goal.

It typically takes about three months to achieve lifestyle and behavioral changes that become lasting new habits.
