“I’m a Wife, Mother, Nana, Author, Conference Speaker, National Board-Certified Health Coach. I am a two-time cancer survivor – clean since 1999 thanks to whole food prevention and what I like to call “On-purpose Living.”
My journeys through cancer led me to answers I can live with. It is now my goal to share this life-giving message with others. I have been writing and teaching on the subject since 2000.
After all, 75-80% of all illnesses are preventable, so let’s prevent them!
I believe in prevention over cure, so I strive to help prevent disease by educating those with the fork in their hand. What we don’t know is hurting us, but what we do know that we are not applying is just as dangerous to our health.
You don’t know what you don’t know. That is where I come in. It is my job to find out what you don’t know and make sure that you know it!
